Good training provided at periodical time, Timely salary paid. Management is good

HR policy changes frequently as per the newly appointed HR . Too much backward integration that results delay in work. On paper jobs and responsibilities are different practical working company expects work of other co-departments to be done

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Company is very great to work for, Few peoples in management is to look for, as they only demotivate and use your knowledge for their growth

Owner trust those who are actually not capable & HR is the worst of worst, doesn't listen to employees.

Good, supportive seniors, one can call for a meeting to resolve vanu issue.

Dislikes

Inter-department coordination & cooperary is pathetic. Each department blames other for any issue. Old people working from long time always want to hackle & humiliate new comers.

Idhar publick ke liye kuch nahi hain hamali karaneka idhar sirf kam ka bharosa nahi without any reason kisiko bhi kabhi bhi nikal dete hain there is lots off politics in management I am working in this cumpany 9 moths
