1. Remote working (Only good thing I believe) 2. Lot of exposure (As you work on multiple project at one time with stretched hours almost every day) 3. Very hard to list the next one :) .

Dislikes

1. Worst work life balance 2. No Job Security. People have been asked to go with one day notice as well. Policy changes as per management wish and that too without intimation sent to employees. 3. Very dominant leadership specially CEO and couple of other leaders (who are suppose to be friends of CEO) 4. Whenever any request is made (leave / project change / any other) then it has been thrashed away and ensured later made realise that I should have not done that. 5. For any small mistakes leaders threaten about sacking from job and even gone to extend saying we need to compensate for the loss of company monetary.

Likes

There are ample opportunity to learn and grow and get established. The team is focussed and growing. Employees are helpful and supportive. Management is really keen on listening to ideas from the new generation. Flexible Working Hours.

Very bad company. Will suggest no one to join this company. Work culture is pathetic. Everything is pathetic about the company. Nothing is good in this company. Please please no one should join this company.
