Poor Management, Company culture (everything under controlled by MD, don't have rights to take decision for any managers or in-charge) MD will involve every department even in deburring and cleaning department also, No Promotions.

Giving fake promise of increments after 3 months while attending interview and recruit us... Then pretend like executing the promise until we ourself resign... Finally,they blame us for resigning after 6 to7 of joining
