Salary On time, In general they do not ask for weekend support.

Dislikes

1) They provide Hybrid mode which is no use. Because they will decide the days of office and the days of work from home. 2) There is no equality, people with good managers can take work from home with approvals in anyday, that's possible if the manager approves and nothing else but in few teams managers will fooling people by saying it's not possible and you have to take leave if you want to work from home in any day which scheduled for work from office officially. 3) People will get paid sick leaves in any major health issues which generally takes time, however if you are unfortunate to not have good seniors on you , they will tell you go for Leave without pay, you can use leaves according to your leave balance rest are leave without pay and you can't do work from home even if you have each documents of your medical condition. 4) Too much internal politics and everybody will understand, but nobody will open their mouth, open dirty politics are there and HR will never going to give support on these kind of matter. 5) Targets are impossible with quality of clients and mandates, they will make you to sit for one client and get your huge target done which according to the policy should be done by working minimum 3-4 clients. 6) you will get people beside you from other team are getting good clients and working on multiple clients and getting incentives and promotion 7) you will be sitting for one client and limited positions to full fill your targets if your manager wants. There is no proper rule. 8) Their BD team are not that good , and they have very cheap and poor quality of clients, literally they make anybody their clients. They never maintain quality of clients.

The higher management is not good. Do not expect to receive your incentives because they are often not paid out. I worked there approximately 3 years but never had my incentive policy clarified. The incentive policy is not transparent. Incentives are often delayed, and increments typically range from 5% to 7% at most, even if you're an excellent performer. Slow growth. They also do not care for their honest employees. They treats like a stranger after leaving company.

everything. they have no HR support. SPOCs will never answer the calls. they don't communicate, they don't respect. even while leaving the job, the F&F procedure takes 3 months long time and they do not even provide the detail breakup. randomly they just give a small peanut amount. i had to literally call them everyday and email them every day. to get one response , i had too sent 5 emails.
