Job security as manpower is a staff recruitment company, they we hire you till they have contact with their client.

Salary in time. Respond well in any query by Employee resolution. Good for HR person.

Dislikes

They provide employee in 3rd party role in Temporary basis. Executives/Employer are not in regular touch with employee. company is not good for fresh employee. Only Experience person can handle this. No Bonus. No Transport facilities. They have no authority for employee's Job transfer from one location to another. (You have to switch your company for that). Medical Facility is also not very well. No Extra work benefit is provided.
