There is a lot of politics and the management does not address our issues .salary is decent but career growth is slow there is a bond of 2 year before which you can not resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Teammates is very supportive, company atmosphere and clearness is very good like MNS company, directly reporting to MD & Director of company,

There is no job security any time they left anyone or change her profile, No career growth less salary given and work pressure is given more, working hour is 14 hour at month end. there is no policy, work environment is not good & personal life is distrub.

Only one bad things in this company some bad employee in high level . And they think they are highly intelligent but realty is they are fool

...ave paid the distributors. They have cases across all distribution associations. They do not pay salaries also on time and have avoided paying monies to lot of employees. Lot of employees have lost their careers after taking up assignments here.
