- No skills development - Zero work satisfaction - Worst work life balance - Sometimes you are forced to work 12-16 hours without any extra pay. - No initial training is provided you have to learn all by yourself. - If employee puts resignation then HR management Threats employee, Hold salary etc. - Manager here always fools employee with the benifits of working under his leadership. - You have to work on Saturday and Sunday sometimes. - Salary depends on your relationship with Senior Employee. - Lots of Nepotism. P.S- Not recommended for Anyone, If you want to spoil your peace then join this Organisation.

People were good natured, friendly. Some were toxic and used to cornerize, but 90% people were good by nature. My first lead was a bad person, very toxic and mannersless. Second TL was very good, friendly and very emphatic. Good for Kolhapur based people.

Opportunity of the training given to Safdarjung staff, allowed to take free decision on contents and approach. Safdarjung hospital Community medicine service to have AYUSH services also suggested.IT trained nurses, short hand trained nurses, Voices recognition systems etc for doctors analysed. Allowed to take and showcase marketing caliber during visit to Primary health care center at Shiroli and Upper hospital at Gandhinagar at Kolhapur, Maharashtra.Importance of Unani medicine at Gulf countries is projected and in return of its spread at Gulf region , MIPL shall ask for its medical software market expansion at Gulf region. It's great to have worked on government projects like MCGM, CIL. Team members are supportive. Open to innovation. Feedback are considered. It's great to worked with innovative team leader and team members.

Dislikes

Growth is slow. Sometimes, work pressure is high. No effective salary increment. Sometimes, have to work on multiple projects at same day.
