Toxic culture... If you want to become a donkey then u can join Mankind... There is no work time ... From morning 7:00 AM to night 11:00 PM or even after 11:00 PM you will ask to do company work. There is no appraisal policy ... Nothing is in the paper.. everyone will say ho jayega...

...ingle day. Immediately your reporting site and other company apps stops working. You can not download your salary slips even. No body will pick your phone. And you will not get your salary after transfer intimation. Mr. Juneja wants to make Mankind number 1 company by 2026-27. I think by this poor management and narrow thinking people drag mankind below. There is no work standard no skill development activities. Only become donkey and do hardwork with no objective.

There is a groups which the MD blindly believes and this group just promote them selves and take crores of salaries They don’t promote who deserve instead they get from other companies as the BU/CULUSTER heads are very insecure They don’t prove in their divisions but venture to other divisions,destroy them and leave the division They come to meetings to remove people only no motivation They don’t work in the feild but judge peoples work habits sitting at office They are not giving incentives and medals now Rajeev Juneja is very good but his vision is getting destroyed offlate Huge attrition and now they are borrowing people from usv,Lupin and alkem(majority) Ovoid this company

Huge politics by uper management biased leadership almost Boss is present and leader is absence, worst management, never trust on sr managers, there are no work life balance, only use youngsters talent and after use just throw, 27age of company but no person to complete their retirement, Non specialty division much better then specialty,

Biased and buttering people can rise in mankind specialty which is opperated by Mumbai office, there are no control by owners rest of division which is opprarted by Delhi has good.
