I am Working as SSO (Scientific sales officer) means Medical Representative i see here no growth means. If you do 100% or Don't Achieve 100% Yearly target you got same growth nothing change. And the Growth is 20k yearly fixed. This i can't understand means not value your efforts of sales growth which i really dislikes.

Very Less Salary Growth even when you achieve 100% targets & even if you achieve 99.99% target you loss your incentives. So, its saves company expenses but you loss your efforts fruit.

There is now working life balance work starts at 9.30 am ends at 11 pm, if you don't want to give your family time then it's a good company for you, worst culture they will fire you anytime make you sit at home without any reason so that you give resignation

They will fire you without any notice make you sit at home for 6 months without salary, no long leaves granted even after working many years

Its the most fastest growing company offers good salary and incentives and appreciate your work

Only like every firm some egotist sate heads because of them people forced to leave the firm especially kerala derma division if u want to be a mankindian please avoid this division

...the achiever. Good work environment & culture. Management is very transparent. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike according to candidate performance, bonus & incentive every year.

... people without giving any reason. They don't even ask employee to serve notice.they say that give resign and we will credit your salary but they send FNF with outstanding on employee for not serving notice

there is no HR to hear employees.only the commandant orders and they forcefully take resign from employee
