Mankind fastest growing company. Company is very good in term of working culture ,salary,but due to political nature of local manager,candidate growth can be suppressed.

To be honest, my department was good. My HOD was good. I was given good opportunities to explore and learn.

...ther people. He just work to make his numbers and not for working the HR system. They don't pay good, they don't negotiate. The HR is really bad. I would suggest to not to join. Thanks What I hate most about Mankind is, the HR policies. At mankind research centre, manesar unit. The HR head is very bad. Poor policies, he does not have etiquette to behave and coordinate with other people. He just work to make his numbers and not for working the HR system. They don't pay good, they don't negotiate. In this company always hold my salary and expense and I inform every Senior and currently I work in Gravitas mankind very big politics he never released my salary and expense in time and in this month also he hold my expense

5 day working. Good for personal life. Salary come in month end.

3 months notice period for all employees, 3 year bond 30% of CTC but it is only one sided bond if employee will complete 3 year bond no benefit for employees.
