To be honest, my department was good. My HOD was good. I was given good opportunities to explore and learn.

...ther people. He just work to make his numbers and not for working the HR system. They don't pay good, they don't negotiate. The HR is really bad. I would suggest to not to join. Thanks What I hate most about Mankind is, the HR policies. At mankind research centre, manesar unit. The HR head is very bad. Poor policies, he does not have etiquette to behave and coordinate with other people. He just work to make his numbers and not for working the HR system. They don't pay good, they don't negotiate. 1. Salary credited on time every month. 2. No limitation of budget or capax for product development. You will get everything on time.

There is huge list, but listing few 1. Canteen food is really horrible, even multiple complaints no improvement, admin not taking any action 2. No HR policy, unprofessional HR team 3. Different rule for different person, depend you are favourite or not (mainly where HR and Admin deals) 4. Very Strict timing

Bad culture, no job security, no balance leave reimbursement, no yearly bonus, no increments and after resignation employee gets only salary of last working month no any others amount like leave encashment, bonus, gratuity etc... Laala based company... Owners always think about cost cutting for employees.
