Dislikes
Bad culture, no job security, no balance leave reimbursement, no yearly bonus, no increments and after resignation employee gets only salary of last working month no any others amount like leave encashment, bonus, gratuity etc...
Laala based company...

Salary structure further can be improved for the New Joinees & Old Employees also . Especially Yearly increment atleast 8-10% per year can be increased & Daily allowances Enery year 5 Rs only increased. That can be further improved like 100Rs in a year means it will be good for the people

There is now working life balance work starts at 9.30 am ends at 11 pm, if you don't want to give your family time then it's a good company for you, worst culture they will fire you anytime make you sit at home without any reason so that you give resignation
Mankind fastest growing company. Company is very good in term of working culture ,salary,but due to political nature of local manager,candidate growth can be suppressed.
