It is a company run by whims and fancies of just one person- the Chairperson. On front show everything is there, get togethers, food, programs etc. but you never know when these expenses made on you will turn against you on clause of not doing work. No culture except fear in office. Company policies change as per wish of management. There is no job security if you want professional work. Hence doing work apart from you main work like catering to cleaning to home purchases to pest control and only Yes Mam may help you survive here. Salaries will be hugely delayed as Co. is in a bad shape. You will be allowed to do all you want till one day when Management would feel you are to bad. That's when your torture starts from all good work is a mistake to public verbal abuse. Results do not matter. It is just pathetic and no one can or will say anything. Few people to help but most will only speak nicely, speak ill of management but back out when help is needed. The co. seems to have a habit to run everything in losses. Final settlements are never done.

...iven but no certification and later it will be your fault as time wasted by you. Salary is good on paper but received very late. Settlement you can forget almost. Showbiz is there, no work environment as you will be pushed to do other work away from your core work and then blamed for it. Innovation is your mistake and work life balance is non-existent. Once out of books, your good results of past or present do not count, verbal abuse is your gift. Its all on mood of 1 person alone. I have never seen such poor work environment or culture unexpected from a B.K. Birla Group Co. Existing employees crib but what can they do. They have seen so many people come and leave. If you can take insults for your good work or if the CO. actually needs you (like some finance functions), you may survive.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Nothing. Will offer good salary package to officers, to attract them.

Dislikes

...ode at any time. Think twice before joining this job leaving other job in hand. Don't be fooled by their salary package. At any point of time they will sack You without settling your salary dues and other dues and force you to vacate the bungalow, by disconnecting power and water supply and withdrawing servants. If you are unemployed then it is OK. Try this and enjoy. Finance controller will not allow General Manager to function freely. He will interfere every where for his percentage.

Noting much to say about the liking.... Having worked with Govt. of India Organisation and other MNC, the work culture here was a rude shock. Totally unprofessional and pathetic.

Dislikes

Professionalism, work and personal ethic of the owner, No Salary payment, This is an organisation which will give an employee nightmares even after the said employee has left the organisation. Even the PF payment of mine is due,after the lapse of 09 years.

The treatment like u r a downcast, the verbal abuses openly at any level from the top most management, delays in salary by months, vendors shouting for payment, policies may change in a day, settlement you can forget, no HR, no policies, No work life balance, cash crunch, its mayhem
