Company policy is also fine and company is very cool but salary is very low and there is no chance to be regular in the future and the rest is not a break, my salary is less than 10000, but cost is less than 10000, I'm sorry, company is fine staff and management and workers all this

It's a good company. Culture is good . The product has good acceptance in market however brand visibility is a challenge. Currently the company is also doing good in Indian context.

Manitou South Asia is sensible team and they have good culture but Manitou Equipment India is pathetic.

Dislikes

Excluding Manitou South Asia as its management and team is good otherwise old top management moved from terex to manitou is pathetic.....

Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
