Do not complete there promises . Like they offered me 16000. Salary along with 150 rupees per day traveling allounce but they only give 11000 salary and no traveling allounce.

Company good for only onroll employees ,offroll employees are not getting any of the company benefit like, Diwali bonus/annual bonus, Saturday working, all about to say they only taken the net salary, and not any other company benefit I am unhappy as a offroll employee. and there is lots of politics. And it's very hard to growth for offroll employees.

Managers behaviour is good, specialy my manager was very gentleman

Low salary,there is no goalsheet for promotion,every month you get different target and you never know your next months target, office premises is very short,training room too short,there is no pantry room,leave policy is horrible, Saturday timing is 9.30 to 1.30,but every Saturday you have be in office till 4-5 pm
