,Management won’t support you when you are in need of help . They don’t have own hospital in Jamshedpur, they are coordinating with Tata Main Hospital which is having highly toxic work culture. As an SR , you have to take classes , conduct exams ,paper correction.as per MTMC rules.👍🏻 And as SR daily you have to go to TMH for regular duties, where you have to work as a PG student. You won’t get any OPD , or OT ,.but you have to assist them .👎🏻 It’s not a proper place to enhance your surgical skills, and you won’t get time for Mch preparation.

I liked their infrastructure, the salary and benefits they provided me, I was provided with good accommodation and there are no delays in salary.

Dislikes

An odd work environment where people are not open to ideas nor innovation (non Academic staffs). Most non teaching staffs are quite old and non cooperative. The head HR was the worst. I would say keep this place as a last resort ( non teaching employees). For teaching staff I guess it's good.

There’s no amount of coordination between Tata main hospital and Manipal Tata medical college .Employees of Manipal Tata medical college feel like 2nd class citizens ,you have no say in your work and you have to depend on what TMH people even juniors tell to you

Every Employee is there in their own kind of ego & attiude,No Work culture,No Professionalism,Anybody using anyone's mail id for circulating important msgs.U will start feeling like runner to one door to another😂.Only the name of Tata else u will soon say Tata to this firm.Nothing in the name of Job training.

Nothing to Like Anything,Disgusting place to work with.Everybody wanna run politics to hit the name of their self to boss.
