No healthcare organisation can match Manipal especially the prompt payment of salary and other entitled benefits. I did not work for Manipal during this pandemic.

No process or an mechanism to assess the real contribution of an employee to the concerned department or organisation.

1.working environment is not good at all . 2.Higher authority persons are not accepting juniors point of view and talent even they are not listening juniors probelms .

Very happy & most of the employee are very happy to work at manipal.

The promotions & increamants are not farly done , also few employees are strogling with very less salary after working 15 pluse years.

On time salary . Focus on employees training and development.

People who are in top most position like medical superintendent/chief manager are not doing their work properly always doing bad politics to others to keep their chair stable.In bhubaneswar unit currently medical administration is very bad and always doing dirty politics rather than their work. Hospital is a best hospitals,if they change or minus this kind of unwanted people.

There is nothing dislike about hospital except salary which you provided for a pharmacist position
