... tasks. We as a team have achieved much higher admission than the actual target. For all the hard work I have personally not been recognized & not given the required hike in my salary. Only the RM's are recognized. I personally feel without the team efforts RM's alone cannot achieve the target. When i approached the RM about my hike, he clearly informed me that I should fight my battle and I had to go personally meet the HR & the head of the institution and convince them. As the HR and Head of the institution does not know what is my role on daily basis it was difficult for me to convince them. When this was informed to my RM reply was quite disturbing- he says if I am not happy I can take a call & search for other opportunities outside the organisation.

THIS IS THE PRESTIGIOUS GLOBAL EDUCATION SERVICE PROVIDER COMPANY. MY JOB IS CONTRACT BASIS ONLY WITH MSS INDIA AND PAYEE TO ME BY THEM. THAT IS THE REASON I AM LOOKING FOR A CHANGE FOR DIRECT SALARY/APPRAISAL BY A PRESTIGIOUS ORGANISATION LIKE THIS.

Manipal academy of banking is the best organisation with out having a substitute for the same in India.

Work culture is terrible. They only know to extract work but do not recognize the employees worth. They have their own set of people who they recognize and promote. Heart burning experiences. They have a their own circle and are promoted from within the circle. They mention that everyone has the liberty to voice their opinion for improvement and when opinion is voiced you are trapped. Organization with cancerous politics.

Dislikes

Absolutely no recognition. For the work done qualitatively the credit goes to their own circle and they climb the ladder. When time is due for increment they finally harp saying the organization is going under loss and blah blah. Terrible
