Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 3 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

The view from the building and metro trains passing by. Colleagues of same level category.

Lot’s of politics, Micromanagement, Mostly people resign within 3-6 month of joining, unprofessional. Top management is just time passing here, Don’t have my guts. Don’t join even you are jobless. You will losses your mental health.

Good working environment, but there is lot of delay in response from management. Good salary hike, but slow growth. No clear rules and regulation, or may be not rules and regulations are not cleared to employees due which there is lot of misunderstanding and confusion.

Do what you want, in Engineering department but with Justification. Most Bosses are open minded and they are ready to listen (Neel Sir, Shrivastav Sir) Mostly Important - Food and Salary on Time I'm writing this review after leaving that company back in 2020 then I join Torrent Power, Now I'm Consultant in jharkhand Board.. If you feel how the toxics environment work, Just switch your job , You find Manikaran ki some how Good. Kaam too karna padega
