...OMPANY. AVP AND HR ARE NOT A GOOD PERSON. AS WELL AS COMPANY POLICY ARE TOO BAD. THEY HOLD THE SALARY OF THE PREVIOUS MONTH WITHOUT ANY NOTICE IF WE TAKE LEAVES IN THE NEXT MONTHS. TOTALLY EMPLOYEE HARASSMENT. THERE ARE NO WORK LIFE BALANCE. THEY ALWAYS AVOID TO REPLY ANYTHING ON EMAIL IF WE EMAIL ANYTHING ABOUT OUR PROBLEM. GUEST HOUSE FACILITIES AND FOOD QUALITY ARE TOO BAD. THERE ARE MANY HIDDEN DEDUCTION IN SALARY WHICH THEY DIDNOT MENTION ANYWHERE BUT DEDUCT YOUR SALARY IN ILLEGAL WAY.

TOTALLY EMPLOYEE HARASSMENT. THERE ARE NO WORK LIFE BALANCE. WORK CULTURE ARE TOO BAD. HIGHER MANAGEMENT DON'T PROVIDE ANY RESOLUTION IF YOU HAVE ANY PROBLEM. THEY USE FOUL LANGUAGES AGAINST YOU. TALLENT DOSN'T MATTER YOUR APPRAISAL ARE FIXED IN EVERY YEAR 1500-2000 (MAX) . THERE ARE NO CAREER GROTH IN THIS COMPANY. IF YOU RESING IN THIS COMPANY THEY DID NOT GIVE ANY CLEARANCE OR EMAIL REPLY. Proper 2 and 3 bedded lodging and fooding is provided by company. The best part is hygiene is being maintained in lodging and fooding.

Neither handsome salary nor respect is given by the organization's higher authority.

its not like liking anything. no staff manner, no culture, no growth, seniors treated staff as a labor, you will just waste you time.

If you are a fresher then it is a good platform to grow your skills here, but for experience candidates there is nothing to learn except its domain work.

Toxic working culture Only if u are in higher management u will be treated nicely, otherwise not. They only finds faults in you and than trigger you, instead of utilising your expertise. They intentionally hire the employees to fire them. What they gain by doing this only they know.
