Since I enjoyed teaching, my classes were quite effective. I actively engaged with the students, which made the experience both positive and enriching for everyone involved.

Dislikes

...tar rating for my teaching, I was never recognized. Favorites won favor always. I worked like a donkey but no recognition, no rewards, no proper salary hike. Once I took a decision to resign , I had all counseling sessions trying to convince me not to resign, but eventually resigned. I cherish my teaching experience there though.

Nice work environment but not culture. Management is supportive but not managers.

They terminated without prior information due to covid-19 by giving a relieving letter which says I desired to resign though I didn't.

The limited batch size enables trainers to bring forth the best in each student.

Remote control management - the governing authorities are all based at HO. You cannot reach out to them for support or complaint so easily. Work-like balance has no place in this organisation's records. They view only full timers and assume that they are available at their service 24/7😢

Nothing.. I started my career at MR with great expectations, it feels nice at starting but eventually all you end up is feeling hopeless making you travel a lot without providing travel allowance, even if we apply the approvals are never made and they put you into a vulnerable situation by making you sign the bond at first and then not relieving,where you cannot think about other options of growth..

Dislikes

They haven’t relieved me from my tenure at the organization despite me serving the notice period and giving my heart and soul in accomplishing my roles and responsibilities where I eventually had to take a stance for myself.

The company is open to all the students who arwdreaming for aboard studiea its Good ay training students the faclities was very polite and friendly with the students my work environment was good and my work was to counsel the students and enroll them to join the classes and apply for aboard studies and i was wrll satified with my work ...

Dislikes

Compensation is decent but my work pressure washigh i use ti work 14-18 hours straight in a day as i have to attend client calls ilate in the night too Managers do not value an individuals unique strength.
