Compensation and hike is not that good. There are different departments internally, so exposure to technolgies varies department wise. Sometimes they would ask you to work on weekends. Mostly the same repeated work.

There is nothing to like about it except the compensation for early age people.

1. No proper resourcing. 2. Customer support role. 3. No growth personal & professional. 4. Code access is not given only support job this is.

If you are coming in PSO and RND team then it will be good for you and if you are coming in CSO team which is basically Technical Analyst please don't come.

Here you have to work a lot in CSO team and they will not give you so enticing pay.

The Management is soft spoken.Job security is the best thing.

Work life balance is worst and hikes and compensation is not good due to which employee leaves the company within 2 to 3 years. If somebody is doing good work they will overload that person which is not good. Team work is being done by single person.There is no proper training program for freshers.
