The concept of the organisation sounded good.

Dislikes

Extremely unprofessional in their interview approach. If they don’t wish to hire a candidate they just completely go cold. There is no answer on Yes or No. It is fair and professional to respond to people and their emails/messages/LinkedIn requests rather than not saying anything.
