Company is good ,but very slow growth . Salary is very low . Company is totally money centered and do not focus on career growth of their workers. Permanent workers who are working from 20 years have very low salary near 10000 rs per month. They people show this is small company but fact is that they have 4 units and 1 big marriage garden and many other sources of earning and if this is small company then from where they have earned such lots of money . Why they do not pay salary as per today's requirements . They only uses us . Overall company's MD and other management people are good but they are very stingy . Growth is very slow and salary is very low in staff. Working hours are also long in very low salary . This type of people and company require to be in focus of Indian government and government should take strict action on such companies. Indian government atleast respect engineers and punish those companies owners who do not respect today's educated youths and talents .

I like Mangla Group Of Industries because this company group is very well established in Madhya Pradesh and have capacity of producing 300000 pumps per year . MD sir , Chairman sir and MDP sir has played a great role in success of this company. This company has helped many people in CORONA time.

Salary is low for staff as well as workers. Long timings Need full Dedication for the company.

This company has importance in central India . This is the largest pump manufacturer in central India Company will work in future by adapting new technologies like Artificial Intelligence and Automation. Company will soon shift from medium scale to large scale company. It's employees are hardworking and dedicated. Various other facilities provided by company to its employees like lunch in 500 Rs which is Limited Thali, bonus on Diwali Occasion, HRA etc. Customers are happy with company. Suppliers and vendors are very supportive and company focus on timely delivery, quality and price of product.

Very Low salary is provided by company which is not as per today's requirements. Long Timings Very slow growth. Low prices are given to suppliers and vendors for materials. Very Low salary of permanent workers. No water cooler facility. No hospital and ambulance facility. No Bonus provided on Diwali to staff members , only KRA is provided which should not be considered as bonus . Limited Thali lunch facility is not liked of any Staff member.It should be unlimited. Infrastructure of company need to be repaired especially shop floor .

Company is decent, but growth slow. Work pressure is average,I have to work 10-11 hours.ruguler routine work,no challenge working.
