New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The higher authorities are good and very understanding. But the work environment and people in the environment is toxic. We can see very potential PPL as well as impotent also. But when potential PPL are treated well they get jealous and try to pull us. But management is understanding. But to continuing in the toxic environment we have pay our peace as it's fee.

Salary is less . Hygienic is less . But the teachers and student should maintain that ..they will not maintain that is y the place become unhygienic.
