I was explained about various departments in their organisation and I mainly worked in the HR department. I got to know how the HR department maintains individual record of every employee right form his joining untill his retirement. I was explained about payroll systems and its levels. The recruitment and training process was told clearly. Overall it was a good exposure to the HR field and got to know how HR plays an important role in smooth functioning of the organisation.
