I worked in Mangalam Drugs and organic Ltd Vapi. Nothing learning and career growth,work culture very bad situation,management not good for employees benefit and other canteen facilities worst condition, no breakfast and tea facilities.equipments and facility not appropriate for mfg of drug products. Total non GMP plant nothing employee and operator safety in mfg plant.unsafe workplace any time accidents occurs in plant.work culture very bad non qualified person in quality assurance dept like BA Bcom. Lots of politics in inter dept.quality assurance dept senior manager allow non GMP like BMR pages changing,and other document not online all documentation carried out backdated work.all products are not validated process not suitable for mfg of drugs.actually BMR different than physical process.gujarathi worker harrashed to Maharashtrian workers in QA dept.non qualified person prepare APQR..b. Com qualified person handled activities like OOS. OOT. market complaint..both units are not follow the GMP.batch to batch cleaning procedure only show on paper.product change over cleaning not appropriate after product change cleaning equipment not clean and employees not follow proper gowning Procedure in pp area.reason cost reduction in pp area.insect observed any time in pp area also.shop floor cleaning not appropriate.as per GMP. Quality assurance head and production head allow to work in non GMP like excess material mixing in other low yield batches.non validated products allowed to mfg.equipment qualification,calibratiin only shows on paper not actual performed.mother liquor sludge collected and mix to other regular batches.repacking done in BSR room. Not appropriate place.sampling procedure done by QC worker..non documentary HPLC in quality control lab for testing of final batches before sampling..stability chamber not in good condition.no proper investigations for stability oos.microbial analysis not performing proper way.microbiologist not qualified for work in lab..

Salary structure not good..also increment..compulsory bond for every employee..if employee resign within two year then paid the 60 days notice period or paid 60 days full payment..compulsory one month salary will be deducted..experience certificates and clearance procedure not good..no learning facility.. Training procedure only on paper actual training not done..lots of employees not know how to work in GMP..operator not qualified for reading BMR..payment not done time to time.worst situation to work due to safety, GMP not followed..human resources dept not co-operative for any kind of problem..30-35 year old documentation, no any type improvement in documents..salary structure very poor.bonus very less....best advise for all reader please don't go for job such type of non GMP pharma company mangalam drugs and organic Ltd Vapi.

Good work environment and culture teammates are supportive and the management is transparent company policies are good there is sime appraisal issues but they give good salary hike and bonus when applicable.

Working culture like third category and top level management is third class. No rules and regulations only own rules of management. They have to ditched all old grandpa's then organization will have good growth and save .

Teammates are very supportive, Training are carried out in every weekend,work environment is beautiful,they always introduce ew technologies,work life is good in this organization.
