Help me with in hand salary
Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions

Opportunity to fresher. They hire good no. of interns and promote them as well to trainee. Even they hire from other background as well for experienced positions.

they take the career improvement suggestions or any thing you share as complaint.. The HR is the relative of the MD they both completely micro manage every aspect, Even they ask for to do Business Development part which is not in analyst KRA. Doesn't matter you are experienced or not but your performance will be judged by a trainee who have 6 months experience

Dislikes

Absolute horrendous company. They're gonna harrass you. If HR was competent they'd fire themselves. HR is a relative of MD so no wonder things are absolutely pathetic. The company hides behind flowery language, it's all a scam. Corporate bs at it's finest.
