Job is quite secured here. One can work here forever if he/she wants. You'll get your salary on 1st of every month without any failure.

Dislikes

Salary is very low here compared to other companies. Promotional items are very less and poor in quality as well. Meetings are very frequently held. Expenses are quite low too and deductions are made in every expense for no reason. Live location reporting is also an issue here.

Hopeless Organisation, Run by a Dictator called Pankaj Undwar, whose only aim is to deduct salary & expenses of Field Managers.

Dislikes

The top Management like Pankaj Undwar are virtually devoid of any corporate culture, His attitude towards MSR's To GM( across Hiearchy) is far below standards, People like him & his puppets as all India divisional heads are shame to industry.

on my retirement the final payment made to me was Rs.200000/- in which my last month salary was included you can understand my feeling after working with them for more than 20 years day and let night without any overtime.

Worst company culture, seniors doesn't want to change their old fashioned attitude towards work and they doesn't even listen moreover they blame you for the things you didn't do it. Every dept head is like this.

Dislikes

Except work life balance nothing is likable at this organisation. Hr doesn't know how to handle situations and more inclined to these dept heads.

I am achieved 7 certificate in this company but not anyone respect my certificate and me.

Management are very third class no job security in this company Management is all in all this company owner is live in abroad.
