Learning is good.Work life balance also OK.

Dislikes

Salary is very poor. Other benefits is totally Zero. Employee only getting fixed salary as per Incriment latter. No other benifits like Bonus, appreciation award etc.

Salary not giving correctly and food also not good,food is extremely worst, more employees got worm from the pongal, sambar extra weekly once Managers are extremely torturing and threatening no safety no job security there.
