Organization working with the vulnerable families in the remote area of Naugarh chandauli. Children from 6-24 years are getting direct benefit through the organization whether its Education, Health, Livelihood field or any other requirement in the families of villages organization is always there as a helping hand. In the organization every employees are very cooperative and working together to accomplish the objective of the organization also here is much to learn and grasp for the career building in future. Coming to pay role in the organization is totally based on the project budget for the year. Organization is overall very cooperative with their employees and their life.

Dislikes

Every organization has their positive as well as negative aspects. In my view as per the social organization basic amenities for the employees should be upgraded.

Dislikes

I did not like office atmosphere that was always full of pressure and tension and negative behaviour of staff. Most od the staff member don't want to take initiative for anything.
