.... You can flourish here only if you have approach in terms of monetary benefits. Even they don't pay gratuity in time to employees. This is purely based on experience.

Only best thing about this organization is its location and timings.

...riod. A perfect place for boot lickers as nepotism is at the best at this place. Salary structure is pathetic and always late and now the gratuity is also not given. Anytime a faculty can be asked to stay more than the working hours to perform random duties like admission, invigilation and that too without prior information for which no comp off is never given.Different rules and regulations exists for different persons based on their capability of buttering.

No work life balance, if you want to become robot with no time to charge and work till you die, welcome to Manav Rachna.

MRU is a Pathetic place to work. VC and other seniors are bully and will never respect your time. And dare you take leaves, they will make you cry for months even if you took 2 days leave. Serving notice now, they don't deserve humans, robots will suit better there.

Major gap salary gap between people working there for long time with good academic & research experience and new joinees with less experience. Hard work goes unnoticed

I have worked briefly with MRU but I would say my shortest experience was the best. The work culture is really good. The trustees/ higher management is very much there on campus everyday and yet no micromanagement. If you are hard-working, you will get rewarded at this University. There is no substitute for hard work. This is the kind of place one would work for years.
