...me for your family. You can get work at any point of time even at night as well. Salary is not according to the work load. You will feel like you are getting very less. Politics is there but not that much like in other places.

No power given to employees, unprofessional management. They deduct salary for silly reasons. Lot of politics in this institution.

Dislikes

Nothing to like. Unprofessional environment. Seniors have zero powers. Even for small amount staff has to take approval from Owners.
