Nice work culture, helping team members. Your job is secure upto a limit if you are working properly.

...me for your family. You can get work at any point of time even at night as well. Salary is not according to the work load. You will feel like you are getting very less. Politics is there but not that much like in other places.

No power given to employees, unprofessional management. They deduct salary for silly reasons. Lot of politics in this institution.

Nothing to like. Unprofessional environment. Seniors have zero powers. Even for small amount staff has to take approval from Owners.

...adhwa(Principal)and Mrs.Bindra(Headmistress),worst ladies I have met till date..too bossy,,even if they are not owners and only labourers on pay.

Being a old school Systems and processes are not in place and as a leader I had to work deeply into this

Policies not being laid out. No team building activities initiated by Management. No regard for employees on Teachers day, Diwali . Just a common party wherein no one knows what is happening
