Work life balance is good You get new things to learn, although not too much scope to experiment with the role Campus is very pretty

...itics gets very unnerving at times. You legit get paid at the end of the month. That is, your June salary gets credited in account around 25 July. This is a highly demotivating factor. No opportunity to experiment out of your role.

Only Infrastructure is good.exploitative surrounding and suppression is prominent by management,no appreciation,full politics ,no research,only show off no real work .

Exploitative surrounding and suppression is prominent.system is not on mature level only ,boss culture prevails in entire system,unequal salary , dissatisfaction with work culture,

The university is good and people are working here upto 20-23 years. Appraislas are also very good. There are many issues with 1-2 departments due to lack of managemtn by HOD.

In Design department, a lot of unnecessary politics.

Lots of opportunities are there for those who want to build their carrer in field ogy education. University is performing well

Employee peeks and benifits are limited. No medical leave or employee insurance

It was really a great experience working with Manav Rachna group.I appreciate the oppurtunities for growth and development provided during my tenure. I always feel proud for my long association with this University.

Only one thing i would say that pros and cons are everywhere.
