Salary on time and company owners are very good

Dislikes

Managers behaviour very very bad the feels that they are tha owners of company but i would like to tell to those managers you also like a employee you don't own a company so be in your limits.

Tough work , managerial decisions, oneman show and limited time and too much work projects and too much tough, logical accounting system mostly manually report preparation.

Dislikes

Managers and their changing decision, working tough but no increment, no bonus, and too much difficult to go on occasion.
