Entire company top positions will be allocated to people who will play politics mainly relatives of MD. Forceful training and bond with penalty will be alligned to employees. Proffesionalism is very poor and also management is very arrogant. Unneccasarly transfer will be implemented and those who are experienced in one area will be shifted any point of time and which will spoil the career.

No women safety no job security there is no security guard even any employee did mistake they are only take action against branch head .if there is any theft incident happen they aren't take any serious Ness against thief only take action on innocent branch head

Work culture. No flexibility-in any aspects No half days No public holidays-only national holidays are available-for eg with Christmas day as working in all states except kerala. Strict punishments like in no other organizations-Penalty for dress code violations(has to wear the badge like a dog collar all the time-pinning the same not allowed, can't attach them on pants) No leaves with saturdays and mondays combined, in such a scenario Sundays will also become LOP

In field level fully fake process... Company wants only growth , no matters how growth will come... For this all employees have full pressure. some times theft gold will come for loan.... company very bad response for that branch manager fully suffered in that time . Company wants not only growth and also more customers for this heavy pressure. In monday if we do 2 new customers , they again want 5 customers per branch for this many fake accounts created by the employees... most worst work experience. All management and higher officials fraudstars.
