One thing is definitely good which is salary comes on time, otherwise there is no growth, no proper HR policy, each and every employee is frustrated there.

No growth opportunity, No HR policy, No employee well fare kind of thing, No job security, risk is too much high, too much salary deduction (LOP), complete dissatisfaction for employee.

No women safety no job security there is no security guard even any employee did mistake they are only take action against branch head .if there is any theft incident happen they aren't take any serious Ness against thief only take action on innocent branch head

Work culture. No flexibility-in any aspects No half days No public holidays-only national holidays are available-for eg with Christmas day as working in all states except kerala. Strict punishments like in no other organizations-Penalty for dress code violations(has to wear the badge like a dog collar all the time-pinning the same not allowed, can't attach them on pants) No leaves with saturdays and mondays combined, in such a scenario Sundays will also become LOP
