... in week...There is no convenience facity to transfer the cash for any branch...One thing is good there that you can get your salary on time, last day of the month...As per some seniors this is called employee satisfaction...Which is not at all...The company systems,norms are very very very poor...As per carrier growth is concern you have to wait for long time for promotion and some times you might have to slavery of your seniors like Area Heads,Regional Manager etc etc...On the whole you can learn and experience a lot of things there...Some times those experiences might be good and some times might be bad also...That's all my experience about the company...

First you have to carry lakhs of rupees with you for cash transfer...For an employee there is life risk all time...Company should look after this...Atleast cash transfer van should be provide for this operation...And the second Job Satisfaction is missing there...You have to experience bad situation when you apply a leave....

Salary is always received on time. If you can put up with the work pressure, promotions come easy because a lot of people resign all the time here.

1. low salary comparative other MNC like mathoth, IIFL in hand junior assistant salary only 12000 abh -14500 to 15000 , branch manager 23000 2. Incentive- barach wise Target hota hai no personal target Puri barach 1500000 lakhs monthly+ hai to utna incentive ata hai Kam kab ko karna par incantive sabka same nahi ata bh 40% abh 30% staff 30% 10000 me se 7000 bh abh baki bacha vo staff and hk ko matlab 800₹

There is many problems in manappuram Finance. 1.They don't pay salary properly. 2.They don't gives incentives 3.supervisors they don't give respect to employees and mostly they use bad language. 4. Supervisors they don't let you close the branch evening after 7pm if given Target not reached. 5. Some times I went to my home 9 pm i worked 12 hours. 6.The most essential fact is no one is honest here. This kind of worst company i ever saw in my life.😟 I don't suggest to join in this company, its worst experience i had. There is strictly do morning punch before 10 am if you get late for 3 days in a month you will get 1 LOP and you have to complete exams if you are not completed then you will get evening exit block if HR team not regularize it you will get LOP in this case i got 9 LOP s in a month. 7. Some times they tell you to do duty on Sunday too
