Good work environment and culture.Teammates are supportive and the management in transparent.AThere is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for company Policies are good. Appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

...ny branches network is very big more than 3700 gold loan branches in pan India . And company giving very good facilities to employees like salary, incentives & annual contest of travel abroad to winners.

Only one weak point that in this competitive market our rate of interest is higher side so that facing big competition from other financiers

There are lot of work like in manappuram company envoirement is to good and salary getting on time .our team members is to good work experiance is good .

Lot of problem also in manappuram like in scheme we don't have any easy scheme to convert the customer. Age criteria is also problem in manappuram becouse the customer age should be 25 year as per kyc and company rules. Other company age criteria is customer age should be 21 this is the big factor in manappuram company.

Work culture. No flexibility-in any aspects No half days No public holidays-only national holidays are available-for eg with Christmas day as working in all states except kerala. Strict punishments like in no other organizations-Penalty for dress code violations(has to wear the badge like a dog collar all the time-pinning the same not allowed, can't attach them on pants) No leaves with saturdays and mondays combined, in such a scenario Sundays will also become LOP
