1.Salary is not good. That's why some employees in the branch are doing illegal things like cheating customer, fake bill to make money. 2. As it's a loan sector. When There is shortage of cash in cash counter, the employee of the branch (cashier, Manager) are responsible to bring a huge amount of cash money from bank or nearest MAFIL branch without any armed protection, which is a very very life risky work. 3. New joined employee can't take any leave for 1year. 4. No security guard has provided to the branch.

Manapuram gold bank me work jeyada hai or salary work ke mutabik nahi hai. Customer ke saath relationship thik nahi hai. Humse kaam jeyada liya jata tha or salary kaphi km tha.

I doesnt like anything. Nothing to like in this Company for me. Its a torturing jail in the name of target. Worst company i ever seen. Bull shit...

... bonus. But the real workers are BHs and other staffs. They didnt get any bonus. Even they didnt get the monthly salary properly. For me its a worst dicission to choose MAFIL job. I recomend no one go to this job. They make you mental patient...

Work culture. No flexibility-in any aspects No half days No public holidays-only national holidays are available-for eg with Christmas day as working in all states except kerala. Strict punishments like in no other organizations-Penalty for dress code violations(has to wear the badge like a dog collar all the time-pinning the same not allowed, can't attach them on pants) No leaves with saturdays and mondays combined, in such a scenario Sundays will also become LOP
