I have a great experience with manappuram finance family. I am a part of a team of five members, we together done marketing activities,insurance,gold loan etc. In Manappuram finance thier having 14 products. I love the fact that the finance strictly obey the govt NDFC company rules. Their having around 17365 staff's in mafil family.

Dislikes

Work pressure is very high. Sometimes i have to work more than 10 hours. Salary is very bad. They dont give us proper training. The most i hate in Manappuram family is to meet the auction customers in their own homes, that time the company wont give any security to us.

Staff ac cutting.. salary hold.. h.r very very critical transfer woman from any where no security for specially women s not support to management no value for old and experience employee line managers not supported leave policy also very bad

Area leavl and regional manager behaviour not good. Political activity and very toomuch behaviour maintain.. but employee not valu.. senior and junior no values.

Tremendous mental pressure but the salary is very low.. You have to take transfer wherever the company wants from the very next day.. And higher official is not supportive. Unnecessary holiday cancellation and unnecessary salary holding and deduction.. I am tired of this...

This Company is very helpful for the job.It is really adopts online technology.It is reliable & very satisfaction able customer relationship.We are working very happily.I am also like various fields in Manappuram Finance Limited.
