The company is always vigilant about ensuring employees follow proper dress code, including wearing formal shoes and long-sleeve shirts, but they are not willing to male employees comfortable enough to complete their work effectively. These are the main advantage of the company

Employees who demonstrate sincerity in completing their work and stay overtime are seen by the companyas 'World-famous fools'

Great Team Work As a fresher a lot to learn from corporate culture. Great support to learn new skills by providing higher education and training at free of cost. Highly Recommended.

Salary Structure. Disparity between IT and Non IT. Less salary improvement. More practices is based on Group Policy rather than individualistic treatment.

Company is completely driven in a top down manner with micro management embedded in the management DNA. This is one place which values compliance and loyalty more than experience and ability.

There is a lot of opportunity in MACOM, as the organization is in a growth phase. Whether it is recruitment or training or change management or anything else, MACOM is open for new ideas and thoughts.

The company is originally from a finance company background. The transition to an IT company has not yet happened. The decision making is painfully slow and long term planning is poor.
