here, there is no IT culture. We can work here as like college.so much of restrictions .and there is no benefits for employees. poor salary increment.

The company considers only employee's educational qualifications for promotions or salary increments, They do not take into efficiency, hard work or quality of work. The company is always vigilant about ensuring employees follow proper dress code, including wearing formal shoes and long-sleeve shirts, but they are not willing to male employees comfortable enough to complete their work effectively. These are the main advantage of the company

Employees who demonstrate sincerity in completing their work and stay overtime are seen by the companyas 'World-famous fools'

Great Team Work As a fresher a lot to learn from corporate culture. Great support to learn new skills by providing higher education and training at free of cost. Highly Recommended.

Dislikes

Salary Structure. Disparity between IT and Non IT. Less salary improvement. More practices is based on Group Policy rather than individualistic treatment.

Only advantage is that you will enjoy with your colleagues.You may get good people for the life.... sometimes may not, purely depends on individuals.

Dislikes

Work culture is very bad, lacking professionalism.They give more importance to punch in punch out more than quality of work.Most of the employees are not trained well.Freshers are taken and directly put in to projects and eventually they may get some work ..or may not...if the manager is not assigned one you will have to sit idle for even more than a year.There are people who doesn't know anything after more than 3 years.It is very difficult to get the relieving . Even for the resignation to be accepted ..you will have to go behind the CEO for months,Even after notice period it is unsure that you may get relieved with experience letter.A completely unprofessional company.Never ruin life if you are a fresher.

Manappuram Comptech and Consultants Ltd gives an opportunity to work in an enterprise but being in Thrissur. The exposure provided by the company is on par with what you get working in an enterprise out of top tier metro cities.

Dislikes

Company is completely driven in a top down manner with micro management embedded in the management DNA. This is one place which values compliance and loyalty more than experience and ability.
