Bus facilities for skilled and helpers from nearest station to Factory. If work load is less people are sacked. as per the installed capacity work flow is only 50 to 60%. As it results in in proper utilisation of plant and machinery.

Nothing great, worst company to work as Sedex approved company. Timings strict 9 to 7. As free transport provider from 4 destination to workers for thier norms only. Luch room for workers. Cretch for just born babyies and mom's for baby laction . But not utilisation just fill the norms. Proper toiletries. Very good house keeping. Salaries as norms given by the labour laws. Decide by both floor incharge and the line supervisor for balance the daily wages tailors. Not by factory head . As it is an totally employees are from Orissa. Cast and creed is implied by the floor incharge. Salaries are on time by the employer Director as he is an litret and kind hearted person but still the floor incharge and his colleagues start grudging if salary is delleyed by an day or tow with sarcastic remarks made by the daily paid tailors and thier line supervisor. Work allotment is never balanced as installed machine and space utiliezd for maximum production to the factories growth and generat proper revenue .the worst is the HR and Admin of the factory making worong decision putting the company at exesiecive experiences. Not managed by the professional systems. Factory overall rulled by local gramin Honda's for translation, supply of wate, helpers to be employed of thier grampanchayat people arm twisting and money making policy from the EMPLOYER AND OWNERS OF ENTIRE COMPANY HAVING THIER UNITS IN COMPOUNDS. SO THIER IS NO PROPER GROWTH BUT SPACE BEING CHEAP AND BIG CARPET AREA. NO HIRAKI SYSTEM OR AUTORAZATIN AND for the GROWTH OF THE COMPANY . FACTORY IS JUST AN PUPPET PAID GOOD BUT HIS DESSION IS OVER BY OLD ILLETRAT AND NOT PROFESSIONAL. VENDERS NOT VALUED AND RESPECTED BY THE ADMIN AND FLOOR INCHARGE. AS THE FACTORY IS DOMINATED BY ORISSA ORINTATION SUPPORTING THER OWN PEOPLE. TALANTED PEOPLE AND PROFESSIONAL IN GARMENT FIELD NOT ACCEPTED BY THEM . THE OWNERS ARE JEM OF PEOPLE WITH KIND HEART WORKING TO THE GROTH OF THE COMPANY.BUT DONT GET REQUIRED AS PER QNTY OF VOLUME OF .

Its very tuff working with because no time management No start time no close time You are working on hour basis you are just a worker not employee

No paid leave 26 day count a month 12 hours working and sunday is your day not paying

The exposure to the various process from order confirmation to shipment. The vendor management and sourcing exposure was very useful.

The working environment was very restricted. There should be more flexibility.
