The company had only good working timings and work environment was bit better

Dislikes

Worked for 1.5 years and was adaptive to any changes in work process or timings of the company as it was a startup but still was not appreciable. There arrived a Covid-19 situation where they happened to remove the experienced employee giving the reason of no proper work and output than the others.Not even an appraisals even after working for 1.5 years. Forgetting about appraisals April we stopped working and submitted all the prospects till date the final settlement and relieving letter is not yet happened . They do not respond to our calls and messages properly. When asked manger for the final settlement Covid-19 situation is worse we are not able to give payment when it happens we shall make the final settlement while they have given at least 2-3 months salary to the current employees. Im still waiting for the settlement I hope that would not affect as Im sharing my dislikes about the company
