Training at plant was good, starting salary for GETs is fine, work life balance in some departments.

Dislikes

Appraisal system v poor , politics is more than usual, local work related travel expenses is not born by company, innovation is 0000 believe in copying other companies product , no job security even at higher level. and many more.

Can submit Fake experience , still HR department will not notice. For GET/PGET they can enjoy salary for 1.5 years without any work. Anonymous increment/market corrections in October. Company adjusts dates and batch for family members such that both husband and wife can go together for euro trip.

Dislikes

All Perks for higher management. No Diwali Gifts. Micro Management. No Team Outing. Experience not rewarded. Only MAN experience is of value while increments.

Higher Salary for Lower Qualifications. Whole Family can be recruited in the company. Family Job Security even if one of the family member doesn't work. 2-3 Years experience you can become TL and have senior experienced members reporting to you.

1.Salary package of PGET & GET are better than experienced engineers.

Dislikes

1. No Standard PayScale & Designation available. 2. 1 Year experienced engineer is also assistant manager & 5 years experience is also the same. Same experience people in team have higher salary. 3.Bond policy is pathetic. 2 years bond (12lacs) and no retention bonus. 4.Micro Management.
