No job security - you can be fired at any point in time. People and work management is very poor. Department heads consider them a king of this messy jungle. Each and every work is manual on excel. People do not want to change rigid work processes. Salary parity is not in place. Join at your risk.

Join as GET so no work for 2 years. No need to work or perform for the job security, only you need to join as reference of family member from departmental head

Experience and work performance is not counted for the promotions and salary. Organization don't have standard structure of salary and positions. Hr head don't have standard structure of salary and position. 2 years of bond is compulsory...by giving false information of germany travels for the training. Not good company to join for the experience

So employees salary visible to to employee's in loan committee. 4.Competency & Higher positions to those with Bachelors as qualifications and experience only in MAN India. 5.Payscale differs as per the relation with Management.

...to this company celebrates Christmas on very large scale in other part of world. Huge disparity of salary. Looks like HR is distrubuting salaries with help of dice. TLs enforce to WFO permanently although company has hybrid work policy.

Can submit Fake experience , still HR department will not notice. For GET/PGET they can enjoy salary for 1.5 years without any work. Anonymous increment/market corrections in October. Company adjusts dates and batch for family members such that both husband and wife can go together for euro trip.

All Perks for higher management. No Diwali Gifts. Micro Management. No Team Outing. Experience not rewarded. Only MAN experience is of value while increments.
