I am with firm from so may year at beginning I found it is good. But as I am moving forward I come to know it's reality. Very bad and corrupt management.

...ways bully everyone. You can't have right to raise your voice against injustice. No salary benifits. No bonus. F***king bloody management policy against employees which have no accountability.

They have a good job security plan. They challenge employee to pick up tasks with most learning in the Indian par of the career.

Compensation not as per market standards. Indian management not inline with the views of the German management. Did not feel like a MNC, rather a owner based OEM.

Work-life balacnce is good Travel facility available for people living in city. One will have job security if anyone need to settle in Aurangbad

...ds to think imoartially about all departments. Petty politics should be avoided. Salary structure must be restructured. Stagnation level is reached too early.
