Mallige medical centre is good work environment and culture.teammates and incharge sisters especially sister Geetha more supported for me.when I came fresher in mallige hospital trained by brother Tintu .he is guide for everything on fundamental of nursing.i have satisfied work experience.Doctors are providing good effective treatment they are supported for every health workers.thanks for the doctors ,pharmacy,billing, reception ,total mallige family members and management 🙏🙏🙏.

Dislikes

Salary and career growth is slow.patient mobilization process time in emergency situations also staff nurses struggling because patients assistant (ward boys) are not coporated us.

Being a fresher I got many opportunities to learn the new things, ofcourse we did Masters in HR without practical knowledge that I have understood. practical knowledge is very important then the theoretical knowledge

No night shift in lab for women and very good environment to work, no work pressure, opportunity to learn more about quality and tests.

No appreciation for your Hard work, No raise of payment No growth ur stagnant there Hard to avail leave even in emergency cases Continues duties .

Likes

Training class,respect and help from ward staff, some of the doctor's are so good and flexible, co-operative environment .

Dislikes

It has been 7 month that I left mallige medical center but still I haven't got my EL and PF amount when I ask for it they will tell different different excuses.

I love to work there bcoz of good team work, good support & encouragement, safe & security.

Dislikes

Everything was going fine, but there was no proper salary & appraisal was given according to Degree & type of work & Hostel accommodation was not good . I worked there for 4years & I got only 14k when I left the institution....I only bad for it....
